Dr. Joe A. Paolasini
Dr. Joe grew up farming on Grimsby mountain and dreamed of becoming a dentist from the age of 12. He earned advanced entry into dental school at the University of Western Ontario. After graduation, he was granted admission into a continuum for cosmetic dentistry at the acclaimed Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland. Dr. Joe worked as an associate dentist for 8 years before he decided to open his own practice in his hometown of Grimsby in 1989. Since then, Dr. Joe & Associates has been serving the community of West Niagara.
Dental technology continues to evolve and to provide the best dental care possible, Dr. Joe is on the forefront of continuing education for his patients. Having taken countless hours of instruction and education at the prestigious Kois Center in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Joe is able to apply the latest advances in esthetics, implant and restorative dentistry for his patients. Dr. Joe is also a member of the Crown Council, a selective alliance of leading-edge dentists around the world who are strongly committed to promoting oral health and serving their communities through charitable work. Additionally, Dr. Joe is a fellow of the ICOI, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Joe lives in Grimsby and truly enjoys the fine art of cosmetic and esthetic dentistry. Outside of this passion, Dr. Joe loves to cycle, cook and spend time with his wife, Carey, and family.

Dr. Alana M. Paolasini
Dr. Alana was born and raised in Grimsby, Ontario and has joined the family practice as an associate dentist. Dr. Alana obtained her Bachelor of Medical Science and Biology Degree - Honours from the University of Western Ontario. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Alana attended several dentistry focused events and conferences with her father. She graduated Class of 2021 with a DMD degree, Magna Cum Laude from University of Louisville - School of Dentistry. Go Cards!
Dr. Alana is a skilled artist with a keen eye for detail facilitating her evolution as a general dentist and rapidly developing skill for cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Alana is committed to continuing education allowing her to provide the best care possible to her patients. When she is not working in the office she is spending time to upskill her professional development on courses, conferences and workshops from leading edge dentists across North America to deploy that knowledge in practice for her patients and to the benefit of West Niagara.
Dr. Alana resides locally and is proud to provide dental care while educating her patients on the often ignored connection between dental health and systemic health. When not at the office, Dr. Alana enjoys hiking the Bruce trail, enjoying an order of buffalo style wings at the nearby Judge and Jester, or snapping some nature photos of the Niagara peninsula.
